Delta Ideal Group Company based on the studies of the law of the fifth development plan of the country as well as the comprehensive transportation plan with regard to the existing infrastructure in the eastern region of Isfahan, proximity to Shahid Beheshti Airport, the railway and the North-South Corridor In early 1995, with the benefit of experienced experts in working groups, industry, environment, agriculture, natural resources, tourism, and road and urban planning, the study of establishing the country's second airport town in Isfahan was studied and evaluated with technical and economic surveys.
The first phase of the airport town on a land area of 2300 hectares with a cost of 500 million US dollars, including a collection of warehouses, sub-zero and above-zero cold houses, office complex, banks, stock exchange halls, exhibition spaces, assembly industries workshops, cargo terminal , all kinds of accommodation spaces and... were prepared and organized by the experts of this company and presented to the relevant officials.
